Zeeuwse oesters nummeren ook oplopend van groot naar klein, vroeger ook vaak met Romeinse cijfers aangeduid:\n0 = &gt;200g\n1 \/ I = 150-200g\n2 \/ II = 120-150g\n3 \/ III = 180-120g\n4 \/ IV = &lt;80g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<h3>2) Platte oester<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>In Frankrijk is de grootste vijf nullen en elke maart kleiner is een 0 minder. Vanaf 0 telt het verder op tot nr. 4: de kleinste sortering:\nNr. 00000 = &gt;150g (&#8216;pied de cheval&#8217; of paardenvoet)\nNr. 0000 = 140g\nNr. 000 = 120g\nNr. 00 = 100g\nNr. 0 = 90g\nNr. 1 = 70g\nNr. 2 = 60g\nNr. 3 = 50g\nNr. 4 = 40g<\/li>\n \t<li>In Zeeland begint de grootste maat bij zes nullen, oplopend tot een enkele 0.vIn Zeeland wordt het aantal nullen echter aangeduid met een cijfer: drie nullen (000) wordt dan 3\/0.
